Overview
The AMX-52 closed orbital weld head delivers high-quality, repeatable orbital welds in confined spaces while providing the precision and performance of the SATFX range. Compatible with multiple industry-standard orbital welding power sources, it integrates flexibly into existing welding systems and production environments. Designed for fusion welding without filler metal, the AMX-52 is intended for thin-wall stainless steel tubing (tube OD 6–52 mm / 0.25–2") with wall thickness < 3 mm, and for oxidation-sensitive nickel and titanium alloys used in aerospace, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, food & beverage and other high-purity applications.
