Overview
The AMX-115 closed weld head provides repeatable orbital TIG welds in confined spaces with the precision and performance of the SATFX range. It is compatible with multiple industry-standard orbital welding power sources for flexible integration into existing systems and production lines.

Applications & Materials
Designed for fusion orbital welding without filler metal. Ideal for thin-wall stainless steel tubing with 0.5–4.5" / 12–115 mm O.D. and wall thickness typically under 3 mm. Also suitable for oxidation-sensitive nickel and titanium alloys. Typical industries: aerospace, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, food & beverage and other high‑purity environments.
