B_22603 end production bench tests activities on 3 types of helicopter accessory gear boxes. The tests flush with the gear boxes in rotation, without load for the RHAGB and LHAGB, while a slight load will be applied to the FAGB in order to avoid the gear flapping. It is built in 4 independent stations: • 3 to test agbx in rotation and its vibrations; • 1 to proceed to protection with inhibition oil at the end of the test. Each test station is equipped with: • Test compartment and oil circuitry with dedicated heater; • Adjustment and control console; • Wintek® system for measuring induced vibrations; • Touchscreen panel PC equipped with management sw. The test station dedicated to the closed agb is also equipped with: • eddy current brake; • piloted controller with Labview® driver. Inhibition station is provided with: • Test compartment and oil circuitry with dedicated heater; • Adjustment and control console; • Dalmec® manipulator TECHNICAL DATA: • Oil: NATO O-155 • Pressure: 500 kPag (max) • Flow: 5 ± 0,1 lpm (max) • Temperature: 120 ± 3° C (max) • Rotation speed: 1900 rpm L,R agb (max) 3100 rpm F agb (max) INSTRUMENTATION: • Flow meters: 378,5 ÷ 3785 mlpm, accuracy ± 0,25% f-s; • Pressure transmitters: 0 ÷ 600 kPag, accuracy ± 0,4% f-s; • Temperature transmitters: 0 ÷ 120° C, PT100 cl. AAA, 0 ÷ 240° C, tcK, ANSI MC96.1; • Speedometers: 0,034 ÷ 30 kHz; • Accelerometers: ± 5000 m/s2. SAFETY DEVICES: • Inhibition of the exhaust circuit bench • Interlock on test compartment hatch • Mushroom emergency buttons • Automatic interruption of the test in case of high vibrations, breakage, component leakage or malfunction of the bench; • Over temperature thermostat
