B_222861 cart is equipped for testing the RACER pump. For its operation, the cart is complementary to other existing test benches, to which it interfaces hydraulically and electrically. The cart performs flow tests of the single-stage lubrication pump of the GBx RACER. The test cycle is completely guided by PCs residing on the master benches and periodically requires confirmation from the operator. The aim is to measure the flow output from the pump and the amount of oil drained by it. The cart consists of a: • test compartment in which the component under test is mounted to the hydraulic motor, necessary for its rotation, and to the interface that simulates the casing of the GBx; • a lower compartment includes all the hydraulics necessary for operation and also for the control of the passive hydraulic load (functional test at load). A console, external to the bench, allows complete control, as well as the survey and recording of functional parameters.
