Overview
Workplace systems form the basis for assembly, packaging and testing activities in production. Industrial workstations can stand alone or combine entire processes and successive processing steps in the form of an assembly line. By combining them with flow racks and provision racks, workplace systems made of pipe racking systems provide an optimised workspace and reduce waiting times during assembly. Assembly workstation — basic element
The bestseller basic element is presented as a modular assembly workstation. Typical characteristics highlighted: table dimensions and overall footprint can be configured; the referenced example dimensions are 800 x 1074 x 2200 mm and a fixed table height of 900 mm. The basic element supports loads up to 200 kg with evenly distributed load. Variants include different table tops, tube colours and an ESD version.

Assembly workstation — basic element (full equipment)
With full configuration, additional accessories increase ergonomics and process support. Typical accessories listed include BEEWATEC LED lighting, perforated plates, lifting systems, foil bag holders, monitor folding arms, running rails, drink holders, power sockets, tool holders and more.
