Product overview Flow racks are rack and storage systems that move load carriers by means of gravity and ensure the FIFO principle (first-in, first-out). Inclined roller tracks allow the next unit in a rack compartment to move forward automatically. With flow racks, crates, KLT boxes or cartons are stored from one side and removed from the other, offering a highly efficient material flow and ergonomic loading and picking.

Components Our flow racks are constructed from a modular pipe racking system to ensure strength, flexibility and cost efficiency. Core components include inclined roller tracks (gravity-fed), reinforced base frames (round pipe or square profile combinations), brake plates for steep lanes, side guides and optional castors for mobility. Additional modular accessories are available to meet specific requirements. Specialized functions described include rocker mechanisms for easy return of empty small load carriers and shooter mechanisms for automatic transfer between transport medium and transfer station.
