Product Introduction
A high negative pressure explosion-proof dust collector specifically designed for flammable and explosive dust applications. Features thickened steel plate, dust explosion-proof variable frequency fan, anti-static filter cartridge, and explosion-proof sensor. Equipped with independent explosion-proof electrical box, rupture disc, and other explosion-proof devices to safely handle flammable and explosive dust, ensuring safe production.
Dust Collector Purification Principle
In a high negative pressure dust collector, dust-laden air is drawn through the duct via the inlet into the filter cartridge chamber under fan suction. Large, heavy particles settle into the ash collection hopper, while fine particles are retained on the outer surface of the filter cartridge as the airflow passes through. Clean air enters the clean air plenum and is discharged through the fan exhaust. When the pressure differential across the filter cartridge reaches the set value, the pulse solenoid valve opens, instantly cleaning the cartridge with a pulse-jet of compressed air without interrupting operation. After cleaning, the pressure differential decreases, and the unit resumes normal working condition.
