It features explosion-proof components including thickened steel plate construction, an explosion-proof VFD fan, anti-static filter cartridges, explosion-proof sensors, an explosion-proof electrical enclosure, and a rupture disc to safely handle flammable and explosive dust, ensuring safe production!
Dust Collector Purification Principle
Under the negative pressure generated by the fan, dust-laden air enters the filter cartridge chamber through the inlet pipe. Large, heavy particles settle into the dust collection hopper, while fine dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter cartridges as the airflow passes through. Clean air then flows into the clean chamber and is finally discharged through the outlet by the fan.
When the pressure differential across the filter cartridges reaches the preset value, the pulse solenoid valve activates, performing instantaneous pulse-jet cleaning on the cartridges without machine shutdown. After cleaning, the pressure differential decreases and the dust collector returns to normal operation.
