Overview
The KOMPBERG® BSDK | BSDKF series are stationary screw air compressors engineered for fixed industrial and workshop installations. The range uses a large low‑speed air‑end combined with a direct‑drive electric motor directly coupled to the main rotor to reduce mechanical losses and maintenance compared with belt‑driven or gearbox solutions.

Key design and operating features

• Large low‑speed air‑end for quieter operation and extended service life
• Direct‑drive electric motor (no belt or gearbox) to reduce energy loss and maintenance points
• Multiple configurations: open frame, canopy (steel canopy available from ~11 kW) and integrated refrigeration dryer options
• Low vibration levels and lower noise compared with comparable piston compressors
• Cooling and airflow routed by canopy on specified models to improve thermal management

Control options

• On/off pressure control based on air receiver pressure
• Classic suction/regulator control with updated control system
• Advanced continuous variable‑speed regulation (frequency inverter) that adjusts motor speed in real time to match compressed air demand

Applications
Designed for workshops, small production lines, maintenance shops and light industrial use, the BSDK/BSDKF series provides a stationary source of compressed air for pneumatic tools, painting booths, general process air and other equipment requiring continuous or on‑demand compressed air.
