Product informationThe 02-663 NTron Oxygen sensor (SenzTx-102) is a compact O2 transmitter combining sensor and electronics. Available with zirconia or electrochemical sensing elements, it measures oxygen from low ppm up to percent levels for industrial gas and process applications. Outputs: 4–20 mA and Modbus RTU (RS-485). Power: 24 VDC. Electrical connection: M12. Process connections: KF40 flange or flow-through base.
Applications- Gas generation (oxygen / nitrogen)
- Additive manufacturing
- Glovebox purge and leak detection
- Compressed air and industrial gas quality monitoring
Features- Sensor options: zirconia (ZR) or electrochemical
- Measurement ranges: selectable from ppm to 0–96% O2 (model dependent)
- Analogue output: 4–20 mA; Digital: Modbus RTU (RS-485)
- Power supply: 24 VDC; Electrical connector: M12
- Process connections: KF40 flange or flow base
- Integrated sensor and electronics for simplified installation
- Fast response down to low ppm concentrations
Use in monitoring systemsSenz-TX sensors integrate with PSA oxygen/nitrogen generators and compressed air monitoring systems to provide continuous oxygen concentration data. They help detect concentration deviations, identify leaks or contamination, and support process control with real-time measurement and diagnostic outputs.
