Description
Benchtop edge polisher BOX-One designed for polishing acrylics (PMMA), polycarbonate, resins, aluminium and other non-ferrous materials. Derived from AM2-i and AM-i technologies, BOX-One provides a single-pass, transparent and glossy edge finish while eliminating manual polishing. Compact design with two integrated handles enables easy transport and on-site use.

Equipment
The BOX-One integrates an 18,000 rpm milling motor and includes chip extraction and a standard BERMAQ® diamond tool set. The machine achieves glossy, transparent finishes in a single pass on straight 90° edges up to 30 mm thick.

Clamping system
Equipped with a horizontal presser that secures the workpiece throughout polishing to prevent movement and ensure consistent finishes. Designed for comfortable operation without specialised training.

Genuine tools
Uses original BERMAQ® diamond tools engineered for long life and optimal finish. Tool geometries are selected to maximise transparency, shine and smoothness while minimising maintenance costs.
