A screw-in port that gives easy access to drop-test balls or take product samples without interrupting product flow or losing product in the process. The Quick Access Port Connector features a polyurethane thread port hole and a stainless steel screw-in plug that is inserted in the side wall of a standard BFM® Seeflex 040E or Seeflex 060ES connector. The Quick Access Port is designed to give easy, clean access to a product flow for actions such as metal detector drop-ball testing, product sampling or adding small volumes of ingredients during manufacturing. Application Screw port provides fast and easy access to product flow without having to remove the connector. Because the connector doesn’t need to be removed, there is no product spillage or wastage. Does not affect the physical performance of the connector.
