The toothed pulley is an essential element of the transmission. It ensures smooth operation and ensures optimum belt life. Binder-Magnetic pulleys are manufactured according to the MULCO standard to work optimally with our belts. We have a complete range of stock pulleys available immediately, and we manufacture all special pulleys on site. All grades of material and processing are achievable according to the needs related to the areas of application. Our standard pulleys are made of 2017 RoHS compliant aluminum, and we strongly recommend a high strength AlHR aluminum alloy (7075) for high power applications. The manufacturing tolerances of our standard pulleys are specified in the general technical explanations.
