Applicator Binks E415

The Binks® 400 range swiveling applicators are designed to be used for high pressure precision robotic sealant dispensing. The applicators have dedicated swiveling house so they can rotate independently, which is essential to conduct flexible and complex sealing applications. The applicators could have multi nozzles with different angle and spray patterns. E415 3D Applicator Binks® E415 has, apart from the swiveling function, three individual nozzles giving unsurpassed spraying capability in all directions. The material flow to each nozzle is controlled by a material valve integrated into the nozzle head. The material valves are operated by pneumatic solenoid valves thus minimizing reaction times.
