EMPANAMIX TABLE is a compact and versatile countertop machine, ideal for breading snacks like coxinhas, croquettes, and balls. It breads products of various shapes up to 180g, offering versatility for mini snacks, party items, or fast food establishments. Proper breading ensures fried snacks look more attractive and appetizing, enticing your customers’ taste buds. Like all models in the EMPANAMIX line, the TABLE is designed to provide more quality and practicality to your production. With a capacity to bread up to 10,000 pieces per hour, the EMPANAMIX TABLE complements medium-sized formers, such as the LILY, and large industrial formers, like the BIG 6.0 MKR from BRALYX. - Hourly production: up to 10,000 pieces/h of up to 30g Equipped with two tanks with conveyor belts: one for the batter and another for the breading. The belts transport the products to the batter tank for immersion and then to the breading tank for the final coating. The supply of liquid and flour is continuous, with no need for a recirculation pump, and excess flour is removed by vibration. Only one operator is needed to remove the breaded products and organize them on the storage tray. The EMPANAMIX TABLE is made of stainless steel with plastic parts for food use, ensuring durability and resistance. It features plastic fingers that ensure complete coverage of the products and is easy to assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize. - But that’s not all. An exclusive BRALYX advantage is the option to purchase a separate breading module for flat products, which can be integrated into your EMPANAMIX TABLE. This module adds even more versatility to the equipment, allowing for breading products like fillets and strips.
