The TITAN DM75 is the high-performance blade, specific for cutting difficult-to-machine materials such as mold steels, stainless steel aisi, duplex super, duplex inconel and all materials with a hardness of 1500 N / mm2. Compared to traditional M42 band saw blades, the Titan DM75 increases tool life and cutting speed thanks to the unique geometry of the teeth with progressive set: two slightly set at 50% and two others at 100%.
