Description

Revolution HM2 bimetallic BLADE Revolution HM2 is the set Widia band saw blade with roughing tooth and finishing tooth suitable for cutting sprues and fusion breaths. It can be used on non-ferrous cast iron and aluminum components, including their alloys, in the form of solid or profiled material. The Revolution HM2 is also suitable for cutting copper, bronze and brass and is generally used on manual sawing machines. In larger heights it can be used for cutting aluminum blocks. The life expectancy of the band saw blade can be significantly increased by a controlled break-in procedure. Here's how: set the mowing speed to 80% and the descent speed to 50% for at least the first 20 minutes.
