BLADE Revolution HM3 –Widia Revolution HM3 is the Widia band saw blade set with square tooth and trapezoidal tooth, ideal for cutting sprues and fusion breaths. It can be used on non-ferrous cast iron and aluminum components, including their alloys, in the form of solid or profiled material. The Revolution HM3 is also suitable for cutting copper, bronze and brass. It is generally used on automatic sawing machines and automatic cutting systems. In larger heights it can be used for cutting aluminum blocks. The life expectancy of the band saw blade can be significantly increased by a controlled break-in procedure. Here's how: set the mowing speed to 80% and the descent speed to 50% for at least the first 20 minutes.
