Product features
Delivering consistent, repeatable quality
Reliability, high raw-material yield and gentle dispersion of contamination- and temperature-sensitive products are central. Different roll materials and concepts enable cleanroom production to international standards. The camberless Viva roll technology ensures even product quality independent of roll pressure for consistent coverage.

Hydrodynamic roll pressing
The hydrodynamic roll pressing system guarantees high throughput and constant, reproducible roll pressure in the milling gap, delivering consistent and repeatable results.

Roll gap setting
Manual roll gap setting permits precise definition of the gap between rolls, enabling efficient processing of high-, medium- and low-viscosity products to meet exact specifications.

Safety built in
CE-compliant safety features include a pivoting aluminium safety cover for loading by pump or manual application, an electrically detected catch basin protecting the pinch point under the apron, and roll-in protection for safe cleaning.

Open and closed cooling
Open and closed cooling systems are available. The cooling capacity and processing temperature of each roll can be set individually to provide precise process control.
