CAPTRON is expanding its successful IO-Link product line of the CANEO series with the innovative new switches of the series4x for flexible use in numerous industrial applications. As an intelligent HMI device, the series4x combines all the properties and functions of a capacitive SENSORswitch with a signaling device. Equipped with a Ø 63 mm, 7-segment display, the series4x is the ideal choice for all HMI applications that require an intuitive and clearly visible status display. This saves space and additional costs for further command and signaling devices. In particular, the innovative lighting concept of the configurable LED ring with around 16 million light colors makes the product line appear in a special light. Whether predefined LED patterns or free configuration: the series4x leaves nothing to be desired. Preconfigured switches can be easily integrated into existing systems with little configuration effort. The parameters that can be set via the IO-Link interface include the switch status (LED color, LED setting, number, text), the sensitivity, the minimum activation time, the sensor mode (dynamic, static, toggle) as well as static, flashing or pulsing light.
