Overview
Casadei's AXO series includes two rear-loading models, the AXO 400 T and the AXO 500 T HD, engineered to automate continuous feeding of panel stacks for high-production ripping operations. The rear lift/loading table enables uninterrupted automatic loading according to the cutting program.

Advantages

• AXO 400 T: increases throughput by using a rear lifting table for continuous automatic loading of panel stacks to match the cutting sequence.
• AXO 500 T HD: designed for very high production with greater blade projection, higher saw carriage and pusher speeds, and the ability to handle panel stacks up to 1300 mm high on the table.
• For heavy continuous use AXO 500 T HD can be equipped with prismatic guides with automatic forced lubrication, saw carriage feed up to 150 m/min and pusher speed up to 70 m/min.

Notes
The AXO 500 T HD is emphasized for its higher blade projection and very high production capability; some descriptive text reports a blade projection of 130 mm for the AXO 500 T HD while the technical table specifies 128 mm. These machines are intended for very high production environments and to automate panel-stack feeding via a rear lifting/loading table.
