Overview
CDA offers a complete automatic 3-in-1 line integrating filling, capping and labelling for a wide range of liquid and semi-viscous products. The line is designed for enclosed operation, easy integration and adaptable configuration to meet specific product, format and throughput requirements.

K-Line S (filler)
The K-Line S is an enclosed linear filler providing simple adjustment and high cleanability. Dosing options include piston volumetric dosing or flow metering, with the possibility of a pressurised buffer tank. Depending on configuration and product, filling capacity can reach up to 3,000 L/h with an accuracy of ±0.5% of the dosed volume.

VS2000 (capping machine)
The VS2000 is an enclosed capping machine that automatically feeds and applies a wide range of closures. Capping heads are driven by electric screwdrivers, suitable for spray caps, flat caps, ribbed caps and other common closure types, ensuring controlled torque and consistent application.

Ninon Mix (labeller)
The Ninon Mix labeller is configurable and can be supplied with a protective casing on request. It can apply up to 5 self-adhesive labels and adapts to many container geometries including cylindrical, conical, oval and rectangular. Nominal capacity reaches up to 35 products per minute depending on format and label layout.
