Overview
The C-Pills + VS400 + Ninon 1500 semi-automatic complete line integrates three primary packaging stages: counting/filling, capping/screwing and labelling. Manufactured by CDA, the line is intended for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and animal health sectors and is adapted to small and medium production runs of cylindrical containers.

Customisation and Integration
The 3-in-1 line adapts to tablets, capsules, caps and labels. Layout options include linear, U-shaped and L-shaped configurations with infeed/outfeed tables. Additional integrations: industrial markers for expiry date/lot/barcode printing, bottle feeding systems, product detection units, conveyors and accumulation tables. Format changes are designed to be quick and simple to support varied or medium-size production runs. Optional K-One peristaltic pump can be included for hygienic liquid dosing where required; Ninette auto mini is cited as an alternative labeller for very small cylindrical products.
