OverviewThe C-Pills + VS400 + Ninon 1500 semi-automatic complete line integrates three primary packaging stages: counting/filling, capping/screwing and labelling. Manufactured by CDA, the line is intended for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and animal health sectors and is adapted to small and medium production runs of cylindrical containers.
Key stages- Counting and filling of tablets or capsules with the C-Pills
- Capping / Screwing of bottles with the VS400
- Labelling of containers with the Ninon 1500
Semi-Automatic Counting with the C-Pills- Dedicated semi-automatic counter for precise counting of capsules and coated tablets
- Throughput up to 1,000 units/minute (size 0)
- Stainless steel construction and food-contact compatible components
- Ensures correct quantity per container before capping and labelling
Capping / Screwing with the VS400- Module installed upstream of the labeller (configured here with Ninon 1500)
- Adapts to multiple cap types, including ribbed and smooth caps
- Throughput up to 25 bottles/minute
- Bottle and cap detection to prevent misfeeds
- Simple adjustment for different container and closure formats
Labelling with the Ninon 1500- Designed for cylindrical containers; up to three labels per product depending on configuration
- Throughput up to 25 products/minute (configuration dependent)
- Fast and precise 3-point labelling technique
- Suitable for medium and larger scale automatic adhesive labelling
Customisation and IntegrationThe 3-in-1 line adapts to tablets, capsules, caps and labels. Layout options include linear, U-shaped and L-shaped configurations with infeed/outfeed tables. Additional integrations: industrial markers for expiry date/lot/barcode printing, bottle feeding systems, product detection units, conveyors and accumulation tables. Format changes are designed to be quick and simple to support varied or medium-size production runs. Optional K-One peristaltic pump can be included for hygienic liquid dosing where required; Ninette auto mini is cited as an alternative labeller for very small cylindrical products.
