Overview
The complete semi-automatic line combines filling, screwing and labelling for small productions up to 15 products/minute (900 products/hour). Suitable for cylindrical containers from 5 ml to 250 ml and adapted to industries such as pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and e-liquids.

Filling - K-One
The K-One is a peristaltic pump ensuring hygienic and simple dosing: the product contacts only changeable hoses. Filling capacity up to 15 products/minute. Filling accuracy: +/- 1% (depending on product and viscosity). Applicable sectors: pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, e-liquids.

Screwing - VS100
The VS100 is a semi-automatic screwing unit with bi-manual control. Torque is adjustable at the head and the screwing head is custom-made to match caps. Fast changeover and simple operation make it suitable for a variety of containers and closures.

Labelling - Ninette auto mini
The Ninette auto mini is the labeller designed for small cylindrical products. With a swivel and interchangeable platen it can label bottles with a diameter of 20 mm. Operation is via an intuitive touch screen. Labelling speed up to 15 products/minute. Capable of applying up to two labels (main label + back label).
