Description
Composed by a bedplate supporting the measuring bench equipped with 2 high accuracy self-centering units, suitable to grip raw crankshafts.
A software algorithm converts the unbalance measured in eccentricity so as to define the geometrical coordinates that, supplied to the next machine, allows the drilling of the centering holes.
Advantages
Reduction of the unbalance on the machined and finished crankshafts easily correctable by the balancing machine at line end.
