Description

BYX550 Multifunctional transformer differential protection relay integrates protection, measurement, and control functions, providing low-cost and efficient solutions. The differential protection relay can be used for the protection, measurement, and control of overhead lines, cables, transformers, feeders, capacitors, and reactors at voltage levels of 110kV and below. Feature Integrated protection, measurement, and control functions. Supporting IEC61850, Modbus, and IEC 60870-5-103. Customizing protection functions by logical equations, such as Standby Automatic Switching and VQC. Networked protection through IEC 61850 GOOSE and logical equations. Real-time dynamic display of the action of each protection function, and the action process is visible. Recording the complete information during the action process. Recording large volume disturbance data and turning it into standard COMTRADE format. The transformer protection relay can be maintained through the front panel maintenance port (TYPE-C USB) and the Ethernet port on the back of the device.
