OverviewThis series of lathes is suitable for machining disc (or shaft) parts with complex geometry and high accuracy requirements used in motorcycles, automobiles and light instrumentation industries.
Main machine performance and features:- The machine is a mid-small high-efficiency precision CNC lathe. In addition to turning, different configurations can include drilling, reaming, tapping, boring and milling, making it especially suitable for machining disc and shaft parts with complex geometry and tight tolerances.
- The series uses a modular design; optional driven turret enables turn-mill compound machining; optional electro-spindle, linear motors and glass scales can further improve machining accuracy and dynamic response.
- By changing the spindle bearing configuration (NN bearings front and rear) and replacing linear guides with roller guides, the overall rigidity can be improved for finish-turning after heat treatment.
- The machine layout adopts a 30° inclined tool post arrangement, providing a compact structure and small footprint. Bed and base are integrally cast from premium cast iron to enhance rigidity and damping.
- Feed axes use servo motors, ball screws and linear guides to ensure machine accuracy and stability.
- The exterior features fully enclosed sliding protective doors for appearance and safety. Chip removal can be easily switched between side and rear discharge, suitable for production-line operations and compliant with green manufacturing requirements.
