Description

All work is verified through control programs approved by quality assurance, which provides phase-by-phase control over the entire production process. All parts are measured with appropriate instruments that are periodically checked and verified in the metrology room. Manufactured in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification dated 02/1997. Cylinders with Tenifer treatment. The expansions have an optimal anti-friction coating thickness and proper surface finish. This allows perfect sliding of the expansions and greater resistance to wear and fatigue. – Also available on request with Oxi-Nit treatment. The upper guides are obtained by machining a thick-walled seamless rolled tube, MW450 and E470HL, of very high mechanical strength. The steel guides are hardened, so they do not suffer wear from use. The expansions are made from the same thick-walled tube, so the expansion stops are obtained through turning, ensuring mechanical resistance to axial and radial stress, and allowing the cylinder to operate to the end of its stroke. The expansions undergo an additional surface lapping phase, resulting in a maximum roughness of 0.2 microns, which leads to longer-lasting seals due to working on a smoother surface. Scrapers and seals: made of pure polyurethane, featuring a double sealing lip for water, dust, and oil retention. Operating temperature: -40° to +110°C, speed: 0.5 m/s, pressure: 400 Bars, maximum allowed roughness: 0.50 microns.
