This machine is used for determining the pilling tendencies of knitted and woven fabrics. Cut a certain length of Fabric and knitting specimen and wind them around the rubber tube. Four face of the inner chamber are padded with particular pad. Put 4 specimens in each box, and start rotate the boxes at speed 60 rpm. Generally, the operating time for fabric is 10 hours, knit fabric is 5 hours. Specimen will be compared with standard pictures and take average value of 4 specimens as final test result.
