The COMUR DC 1000 gear shaping machine is engineered for producing large internal and external straight spur gears. CNC-controlled automatic cutter positioning reduces setup time and limits cutter stroke to the minimum required. Extended capacity and precise kinematic ranges enable machining of workpieces to the stated dimensions. The machine is suitable for small-to-medium batches and can be integrated with an anthropomorphic robot for larger autonomous production.
