Product description
The COMUR DC 600 gear shaping machine is the solution for producing large internal and external straight spur gears, offering extended capacity and a robust structure. CNC-controlled automatic cutter positioning enables rapid setup and reduced cycle times by limiting the cutter stroke to the minimum required. The zero centre distance between the worktable axis and the cutter spindle axis allows processing of a wide range of workpiece diameters, from medium-large to small. The machine adapts to both diversified and dedicated production and supports robot automation for unmanned operation.
