Cryogenic Air Blasting CEA 361 delivers controlled cryogenic air (-10°C to -60°C) directed to the cutting zone combined with a minimal plant-based MQL lubricant (Cryolube F10). The system reduces cutting temperatures, suppresses thermal deformation and significantly lowers tool wear while minimizing lubricant consumption and fluid disposal needs.

Application Cases
Suitable for high-precision and hard-to-machine operations including turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Typical applications include aviation engine components, precision shafts, complex molds, automotive parts and medical devices.
