Description

Product Overview
Cryogenic Air Blasting System CEA 321 delivers targeted cryogenic air (-10 °C to -60 °C range; operating set point -20 °C) combined with minimal-quantity lubricant (MQL) to reduce cutting temperatures and tool wear during machining. The system injects a controlled cryogenic air stream directly into the cutting zone while dosing a plant-based lubricant to enhance lubrication and suppress heat generation.

Applications
  • Designed for machining hard-to-machine materials by turning, milling, drilling and grinding
  • Applicable industries: aerospace, energy equipment, electronics (3C), shipbuilding, mold making, automotive, medical
  • Typical parts: aero engine components, precision shafts, complex molds, automotive parts, medical device components
