Providing the best performance the COPPUS Jectair HP is highly recognized through out the industry. The patented air mixing chamber in the COPPUS Jectair HP provides a 26% saving in on compressed air when compared to older style air horns. see charts of unit efficiency.
The operating principle is as follows: compressed air or steam is admitted through the Jectair via the single inlet connection in the housing that leads to the mixing chamber. Air or steam is then jetted for the nozzle which causes the Venturi action. This includes a large volume of of surrounding air to enter the Jectair via the aerodynamic inlet bell. Air is then released at high velocity via the horn shaped diffuser. Point of fact., the operating efficiency greatly depends of the volume of compressed air pressure.
