Product OverviewGasboard-9300 is an online oxygen analyzer designed for continuous oxygen monitoring in reactors, centrifuges, and other oxygen-sensitive process equipment where maintaining a defined oxygen level is critical to safe operation and product quality.
Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, Gasboard-9300 provides highly selective oxygen measurement with minimal cross-interference from background gases, ensuring fast response and stable long-term performance even under complex gas compositions.
To withstand demanding process environments involving corrosive and volatile solvent vapors, Gasboard-9300 integrates a corrosion-resistant pre-treatment system compatible with acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. The certified explosion-proof enclosure (Ex db IIC T6 Gb) further enables safe installation in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
Built-in automatic interlock functions, including alarm output and nitrogen purge control, enable timely protective actions when oxygen concentration exceeds preset thresholds, supporting inerting systems and overall process safety management.
