Description

Product overview
GasTDL-3100 is a single-ended in-situ laser gas analyzer designed for real-time measurement of process gas concentrations in industrial applications.

Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, it enables highly selective and accurate detection of key process gases including O2, CO, CO2, and CH4. The in-situ measurement method performs direct gas analysis without the need for complex sampling or gas pre-treatment systems, providing fast real-time measurement. With an internal reference gas cell locking the laser to the target absorption line, GasTDL-3100 ensures stable and reliable measurement under changing process conditions.

The single-ended design simplifies installation by eliminating on-site optical alignment, while the rugged construction allows reliable operation in harsh environments with high temperatures, heavy dust, and corrosive gases.

GasTDL-3100 is widely used for safety monitoring and process optimization in the oil & gas, chemical, metallurgy, and power & energy industries.
