OverviewGasboard-9021 is an online tri-gas analyzer for simultaneous, real-time measurement of CO, CO2 and CH4 in heat-treatment furnace atmospheres. Based on temperature-controlled NDIR sensors, it delivers stable, low-drift measurements suitable for continuous monitoring and furnace atmosphere diagnostics. The analyzer supports carbon potential calculation and provides data for cross-validation with oxygen probe readings. CQI-9 compliance makes it suitable for automotive supply-chain atmosphere verification. An optional TCD module is available for H2 measurement when hydrogen-bearing gases are used.
Features- Stable NDIR tri-gas detection with temperature-controlled sensors to minimize drift during long-term operation.
- CQI-9 compliance for atmosphere verification in heat-treatment process audits.
- Integrated sampling and conditioning system with modular design for simplified installation and maintenance.
- Optional H2 measurement via TCD module with interference-correction for accurate hydrogen detection alongside CO, CO2 and CH4.
Applications- Carbon potential and furnace atmosphere control in carburizing and other heat-treatment processes.
- Process parameter optimization by measuring in-furnace CO concentration to adjust COF/PF settings for accurate carbon potential calculation.
- Furnace fault detection: identification of carbon deposition, water ingress, gas leaks and radiant tube failures through CO/CO2 trend analysis.
