Description

The “classic” conveyor belt with use in every industrial sector, suitable for a wide range of applications. The belt carcass consists of two or more textile plies (multiply belt), one above the other, in order to achieve the required tensile strength, bonded by a skim rubber layer between. The textiles can be of NN (Nylon/Nylon) construction for increased flexibility and increased impact resistance or EP (Polyester/Nylon) for lower elongation and low heat deformation. Due to the CVBtech advanced compound system, belt top and bottom covers can meet any requirements, adjusting to each application. Main features Excellent troughability to the idlers Suitable to construct any tension rating required Easy to splice by hot vulcanizing or cold bonding Excellent impact resistant especially with polyamide fabrics One or two fabric breaker/s with weft fibers of high elongation or one or two metal layer/s of high elongation weft cords can reinforce and protect the textile belt against impact shocks and longitudinal rips. The fabric belt with or without the weft reinforcement specified above can be used as elevator and elevator bucket belt.
