Conveyor belts with flat smooth carrying surface can convey materials up to inclines of 22o, in order to avoid load either to roll or to slip back. In case of higher inclines the CVBtech profiled belts with integrated profiles should be used. The rubber profiles are co-vulcanized with the belt cover in order to prevent separation from the belt. The special compound used provides the profile with high elasticity and flexibility allowing the CVBtech profiled belts to run efficiently even over small pulleys. Following intelligent design standards a smooth run on conventional return is ensured. The CVBtech profile belt is available in two main types with low (16mm) and high profile (32mm).
