Overview
The RTI Series TENSILON is a universal material testing machine for tensile, compression and bending tests. It combines a digital servo drive, high-speed sampling and selectable model capacities (up to 10 kN) to support laboratory testing and production quality control.

TACT (TENSILON Advanced Controller for Testing)
TACT is the dedicated data processing system for the TENSILON series. It provides very fast sampling (0.2 ms), advanced data analysis, calculation and storage functions, and improves overall operability of the testing machine.

Display & Commander
The system includes a detachable digital display for load and displacement with magnetic attachment and flexible positioning to avoid obstructing sample handling. The display shows 6-digit values for load and displacement. An optional compact handheld commander offers ergonomic manual controls and a jog dial for fine crosshead movement.

User Interface / Screen
Runtime screens are dedicated to test condition display, mode selection and monitoring to support test setup and execution.
