Overview
The TENSILON RTH is a universal material testing instrument from A&D. Designed as a world-class Class 0.5 testing machine, the RTH series features a high-stiffness load frame and improved measurement accuracy. The range delivers enhanced operability, a widened velocity range, high sampling speed and low-noise performance for industrial test environments.

TACT (TENSILON Advanced Controller for Testing)
TACT is a dedicated data processing system optimized for TENSILON. It supports industry-leading sampling (0.2 ms), data analysis, calculation, storage and enhances overall machine operability.

Screen images / Runtime / Mode
The interface displays test conditions, mode selection and runtime screens with graphical plots and numeric results to support analysis and reporting.

Display & Commander
Detachable digital display indicates load and displacement and mounts by magnets for flexible positioning. A compact commander module with ergonomic buttons and a jog dial enables precise manual crosshead control and convenient placement near the display.

A&D supplies a broad set of applied test jigs and devices for advanced testing needs, including:

• Strength measurement fixtures: screw-action jaws, air jaws, wedge-action jaws, compression cages and compression bending fixtures
• Elongation measurement devices: SG series strain-gauge distance measurement systems
