Description

Overview
Maverick II commercial packaged rooftop systems provide high-efficiency heating and cooling for one- to three-story commercial buildings such as offices, schools, libraries and strip malls. Designed for simplified installation and long-term performance, the units use low‑GWP R-32 refrigerant and are delivered as complete packaged systems with multiple factory-installed options including energy recovery, modulating hot gas reheat and advanced controls (MicroTech® III DDC).

Key Components and Options
  • Energy Recovery Wheel: Reclaims waste energy from the exhaust stream and supplies higher-quality outdoor air to reduce operating costs and emissions.
  • Dual Refrigeration Circuits: Enables efficient capacity staging with high-efficiency scroll compressors for improved temperature and humidity control, redundancy and lower operating expenses.
  • Modulating Hot Gas Reheat: Provides precise humidity and temperature control, prevents overcooling and reduces system cycling.
  • ECM Exhaust Fans: Electronically commutated motors with variable speed match airflow to load for improved efficiency.
  • Heating Options: Electric, gas or hot water heating configurations to meet application and regional requirements.
