Main Runner for Ceiling Grid: professional T-bar roll forming line.
DALLAN D59D is the professional high-speed production line for main runners. The product is made with integral hook and various types of connectors are available.
The machine comprises:
Decoilers
DALLAN T4 roll forming machine with DALLAN COMBI unit
Bedplate with press for making the profile complete with connectors and perforations in one single process
This high-capacity line produces enough main runners to cover the output of up to three DALLAN D57 and DALLAN D58D lines for cross tees.
