UA profiles: fast and flexible production line for the construction industry.
This line has been specifically studied to produce UA type building profiles in varying widths. The system operates with perforated profiles up to 30 metres a minute, thanks to the installation on the actual line of a C frame mechanical press with the electronic feeder AER SPEED.
The system comprises the following machines:
Decoiler
DALLAN AER SPEED feeder
C frame mechanical press 100 ton
Specific perforation dies for the profile to be made
T5 roll forming machine
Flying cutting shear
Unloading table
This highly versatile system can be adapted with different dies and DALLAN COMBI units to many types of production: frames for industrial sectional doors, garages, vineyard posts, fencing and so on.
