DALLAN DZC is a revolutionary and patented system specifically designed for inserting S and Z profiles onto loop tape. This advanced technology is suitable for both on-line and off-line applications, making it versatile for various production setups. High Efficiency and Versatility The DALLAN AUTOMATION DZC system is engineered to deliver exceptionally high output rates for S and Z profiles. This innovative unit can seamlessly operate both on-line and off-line, offering flexibility to meet different production needs. The system processes profiles without hooks and, in a single operation, applies both right and left hooks, securely locking the profiles onto the loop tape. Remarkably, up to 10 hooks can be applied simultaneously, significantly boosting productivity. Adaptable and Comprehensive Design Designed to handle slats ranging from 65mm to over 90mm in width, the DALLAN DZC effortlessly adapts to Z, S, and mixed CZ or ZS profiles. The system comprises a robust base structure, measuring between five to six meters in length, accommodating four to six shuttles. Advanced Shuttle System for Optimal Speed Each shuttle within the system is equipped with two loaders, featuring either a vertical magazine or a vibrator magazine. These loaders apply the right and left hooks simultaneously, a feature that underpins the production speed of this patented Dallan system. As a result, the DALLAN DZC can assemble up to 12 finished slats every minute, making it a powerhouse in Venetian blind automation.
