Venetian Blind Automation: application system for end pins (on-line and off-line application) with ultrasonic bonding or clinching This unit is located after the roll forming machine or after the DALLAN DV1 destacker. It carries out a very fast simultaneous front-and-back bonding of the pins. It receives instructions on the position of the pins directly from the central software or through reading a barcode label. If the pins are plastic they undergo ultrasonic bonding; if they are in metal, they undergo formation of the edges so that they bond with the Venetian blind profile.
