Manipulator with pneumatic tooling for gripping and inclination of shafts. The manipulator is equipped with a gripping device with jaws, suitable for the gripping and handling of reel-carrier shafts. In particular, the tooling allows the gripping of the shaft and the its insertion into the reel’s inside core. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling reels in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. We consider safety a matter of utmost importance and a fundamental component common to all products that we manufacture in conformity with the UNI EN standards and in compliance with the EC Atex directives and with all safety guidelines and markings. Functional analysis, design, study of the different technical solutions available, simulations and prototypes creation are all phases in the production process that DALMEC carries out in close partnership with the client, with continuous controls and reviews during project development.
