Description

Overview

  • Friction flat‑belt conveyor — transports and accumulates parts sequentially onto the workrest/blade.
  • Double friction flat‑belt (V‑type) — two flat belts arranged in a V for sequential transport and accumulation.
  • Vibration linear conveyor — linear vibratory transport and accumulation of parts.


Feeding and auxiliary systems
  • Hopper feeder — operator fills drawer or basket; elevator separates and deposits parts onto a feeding belt.
  • Vibratory bowl feeder — vibratory feeding and orientation for a large number of small parts.
  • Stack cell with pallets and robot — pallet tower (with or without trolley) for high autonomy; optional robot handling.
  • Step‑by‑step conveyor belt with spacers — horizontal transfer with separators to isolate individual parts.
  • Bin picking — robot with machine vision empties containers of randomly oriented parts and can load the machine or feed another loader.
  • Part orientation — orientation and positioning modules to ensure correct subsequent machining operations.
