Overview
Machined parts are unloaded directly from the machining area (between wheels) and stored outside the machine enclosure. Systems are available from Danobat or third-party suppliers and can be integrated as built-in or external solutions.

Standard options

• S-type conveyor: belt fixed to the workrest blade; unloads parts into a drawer or similar accumulation system.
• M-type conveyor: belt fixed to the floor outside the machine; unloads parts into a drawer or similar accumulation system. Post-process measuring can be integrated.

Storage and auxiliary systems

• Step-by-step conveyor with spacers — horizontal transport with separators between parts.
• Low-speed rotary table or linear conveyor — slow unload and accumulation of ground parts, typically at the end of the unloading line.
• Stack cell with pallets and robot — pallet feeding system (with or without trolley) for tower loading; manual or automated options.
• Post-process measuring station — part measured after machining operations for quality control.
• Part blowing station — drying and cleaning using high-pressure air.
