Construction adhesives with high strength
DELO-PUR adhesives are perfect for medium technical requirements in electronics, electrical engineering, and precision mechanics.
Key features of the product family
Where flexibility meets strength
Polyurethane adhesives are two-component adhesives that cure at room temperature. They are particularly suitable for medium mechanical and thermal requirements and are mainly used as construction adhesives or potting compounds in electronics, electrical engineering, precision mechanics and aircraft interiors.
DELO offers both addition-curing polyurethanes and modified silane polymers (MS polymers). MS polymers differ from polyurethanes primarily in terms of their mechanical characteristics. They have flexible properties that can otherwise only be achieved with silicones.
Special properties of the adhesives
Adhesives from the DELO-PUR product group can be used in almost any layer thickness and can take on structural tasks such as securing components on printed circuit boards or bonding housings. Their property profile ranges from tough-hard to flexible.
DELO-PUR adhesives come in various container sizes—from hobbocks and 600ml cartridges to side-by-side cartridges—and can be mixed and dispensed with varying degrees of automation
Tough-elastic to highly flexible products
Very good strengths under static and dynamic loads on metals and plastics
Suitable for larger adhesive gaps because of their flow behavior
Good tension-equalizing properties
Usual service temperature range up to + 125 °C
Optimized for structural bonds (Structural Joining)
Cures at room temperature.
Free of silicone and isocyanates
Light-blocking and flow-resistant
